You must have thought of quitting too many times after you hear no-smoking in the cinema hall or on TV and even from a cigarette packet that Smoking is injurious to health, yet people are not afraid of it, and later they face many difficulties. Tobacco contains many chemicals i.e. 4000, of which nicotine is the predominant one. Nicotine affects our nervous system. By taking it, a person immediately feels better and lighter and soon becomes addicted to it. Smoking not only injurious to health but also reduces the life of 11 minutes and that chemicals spread cancer in the body. In every second in the world, there is one death due to tobacco consumption.

It is said that when a person is unhappy and wants to forget an incident, then he is a victim of drug addiction. But in today’s modern era, smoking has become a trend; today’s teenagers do it for their show-off and style. People consume tobacco products in many ways like Bidi, cigarettes, Zarda, Gutkha, Hookah, etc. This is not enough; people are also fond of alcoholic drinks, which later get addicted that it becomes difficult to quit smoking.

It is good to do anything within the limit, but not OK when the same thing is too much and becomes a habit. By the way, any bad habit isn’t good for health, when it is the habit of smoking and drinking then it’s very bad. Consuming tobacco is easy but it is equally difficult to get rid of it. Due to this, we have to face dangerous diseases such as; cancer, infertility, asthma, heart disease, respiratory problems, etc. There is a higher chance of getting heart and cancer disease from smoking. This along with our life puts our family in danger.

The human has the only quality to convert impossible to possible. Anything is possible if our willpower is strong. If you too have become a cigarette smoker or a chain smoker, and have taken all measures to get rid of the cigarette habit. But even if you are not missing the habit of smoking cigarettes, you should think about some natural remedies. These remedies will prove to be extremely beneficial for you.

once upon a time my father, who used to consume paan, tea, and gutka, when my elder brother forced him to leave this tobacco and suggested that those are not good for health. finally, he realized and took a strong determination to leave tobacco. Then suddenly he purchased some salted amla and kept it in the pocket every time. When he felt like a trigger, he consumed that amla instead of that tobacco. Gradually he started leaving the tobacco and moving towards a normal life.

So these things are very necessary to fill the incompleteness (sweet candy, chewing gum, amla, churan).

Diet, Exercise and Rest

Diet, exercise, and adequate rest also have an important role in your efforts to quit smoking. Part of the urge to smoke comes from the habit of putting something into your mouth. If you take sweet candy or chips and other snacks to replace cigarettes, calories in the body will grow rapidly. Make sure you consume foods with low calories or zero-calorie, such as sugar-free candy, or fruit and fresh vegetables. Also, make sure you drink enough water. Then, as has been suggested above, do sports and make a new habit to replace smoking habits and make the body much more healthy and fit. And finally, which is among the most important, rest enough. Getting used to performing regular physical exercise and stretching.

Be physically active. Exercise 45 to 60 minutes daily. — Do yoga and meditation. This will keep the mind relaxed.
